The Japanese Tea Ceremony (Chanoyu, Chado)

Chanoyu simply means hot water and tea; or, as a practice (Chado)  "the way of the tea." Commonly known as the Japanese tea ceremony. These implements are used in the practice of tea.

Urasenke, as seen on the books available, is one of the oldest schools of Chanoyu, founded in the family name of Sen Rikyu (1522-1591).
