Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders received during normal business hours on Tuesday through Friday will typically ship within 1-2 business days. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee a delivery date for any orders. You can order online using your credit card with Google Checkout. We also take credit card orders over the phone at (708) 527-8199.
Shipping
The choice of shipping is given upon checkout and include the following options:
- UPS Ground, typically 1-5 business days
Returns
We accept returns of items in new condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us in advance to authorize a return by e-mailing us at info@taylors-gifts.com. All packaging must be included to receive a full refund. A restocking fee will apply to items returned with missing packaging, or packaging in non-new condition.

Please reference your original invoice in the package.
We will refund your order amount including sales tax. We do not refund shipping charges on your original order. The cost of return shipping and insuring your package is your responsibility. Your credit card will be credited for the returned items upon receipt by Taylor's Gifts.
Damaged Items
While we package items to standards that exceed the shipping carrier's requirements, sometimes unfortunate things happen. If you receive damaged items please notify us by e-mail at info@taylors-gifts.com within 5 days and we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
Keep the packaging and damaged items for an additional 5 days should the shipping carrier need to inspect them. We may request that the damaged item be returned, in which case we will provide a paid shipping label for you to use.
We are unable to honor replacement requests for damaged items if the request is received after 5 days from the date the delivery is received.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Taylor's Gifts is not liable for any lost shipments, or shipments that occurred due to customer error.
In the event that an order has not been received within 14 days from receipt of a shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@taylors-gifts.com.
If shipment tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will issue a credit or replacement of the order.
If shipment tracking confirms that your order was delivered, and you have not received it, contact your local UPS where it is possibly being held for you.
Any dispute you have must be addressed with UPS directly.
Taylor's Gifts assumes the order to be complete when confirmed as delivered by shipment tracking. Customers assume all responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery. Taylor's Gifts cannot be responsible for loss, damage or theft of delivered goods.
Liability
Taylor's Gifts has no control over the use of products available from this site, and we assume no liability connected with their use. We are not liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising from the use or misuse of our products.
